What is OFHA?
Forest Homeowners Association (OFHA) is a nonprofit 501(c)(4) corporation. We are volunteers who are dedicated to
making our neighborhood a great place to live. We enforce the deed restrictions of all 18 sections of Oak Forest, work on park and community beautification projects, monitor government plans or
actions that may impact the neighborhood, and organize activities to improve the sense of community and quality of life in our area. Visit OFHA Board for a list of our 2015 Board members and committee
Are OFHA membership dues mandatory?
membership dues are voluntary. If you elect to pay, the annual dues are $20. You can pay this at Join OFHA.
Payment must be made before July 31st to be eligible to hold elected office in the association or to vote in elections.
Where does the membership money go?
money goes to administrative overhead like insurance and bookkeeping, beautification projects and other miscellaneous items that help our neighborhood.
